We understand that buying a call online poses a challenge. You are not able to run the call to make sure it fits you, and not every call is going to fit every hunter. For this reason, WE PROMISE to always take your call back and issue a refund if you are not satisfied with your call within 30 days of receiving it. Your call must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused (not hunted), and in the original packaging.
Like wise, we are so confident in our craftsmanship and work that we will replace or repair your call for life if any issue arrises. Issues related to user error, such as dropping or losing the call, are not warranted.
Once you reach out to us about returns or warranties, we will give you return instructions. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once your call is received and inspected, and on the original price of the call (minus shipping charges).
